urgent prayer!

It's now 3:30 a.m.

I just got back from the hospital.

Evidently Rachel (one of the exchange students from Canada) was at home alone today and when her parents got back she was on the floor unresponsive and unable to control her ligaments. Nina and I were at the mall with some friends and we rushed to the hospital.

I would just ask for prayer. Her mom is now coming down from Canada because Rachel has been moved into intensive care. The rotary here is doing a fantastic job of handling things but it is still hard. Let me say, Nina kept her calm incredible as she translated by phone in between a crying mother in Canada and a distressed rotarian here in Peru. (the things we do as exchange students). Anyways, they still don't know what is wrong with rachel and she still isn't responding. The found green fluid inside of her stomach but hasn't appeared to reveal anything yet.

All we can do is pray.

I'll keep you all posted.

Blessings,

Lucas
